Here is a guy, Marvin who has lured innocent artists into a new ART ON MAIN, and conned the vendors and artists to sign Contracts that are illegal and against public policy.
This charlatan has included a Clause giving Wells Marvin the right to kick anyone out of the ART ON MAIN, with or without cause and at his self-serving depraved whim. Then he pockets 20% of the Artists-vendors sales-"blood-money" and he has taken $20,000.00 from the City of La Quinta as a supposed "White Knight". We will post Documentary Proof as to what Marvin really is.
